The raw materials used in our products are imported, and they are packaged in Türkiye. Proteinocean brand products originate from Turkey.

We are a company founded to help our customers live healthier lives and to develop products that support this. Therefore, hygiene and health are paramount to us during the production phase. In light of this, we manufacture in a facility that holds ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and HALAL certifications.
Are the products sold under warranty? Are there any exchanges?
If your purchased products are unopened, you have the right to return them within 7 days. Because the products we sell are food products and cannot be used again by anyone else, we cannot accept returns on opened items, as required by law. The foil under the lid looks loose / not sealed. What should I do?
The products are shipped to you unopened and sealed. You can see the transparent safety tape around the outer cover to ensure they haven't been opened.
The bottom foil is sealed using a heat-sealed method during production. No chemicals are used during this stage.
It is normal for many brands of US and European origin not to have any protective foil under the lid due to production standards.
The adhesive effect of the foil we use as additional protection can weaken over time. This may be one reason for opening. In any case, products with an outer safety seal are sealed and pose no health risks.
Are the products you sell medicine?
It is not a medicine. Our PROTEINOCEAN branded products are sports nutrition, and our FLAVA branded products are Turkish Ministry of Agriculture-approved food supplements.
What should I pay attention to when receiving my order?

Difference between BCAA+ and BCAA 4:1:1?
BCAAs are composed of the amino acids leucine, isoleucine, and valine, which cannot be produced by the body and must be obtained from food. BCAAs contain these amino acids in a 2:1:1 ratio. In BCAA 4:1:1, this ratio is four times the leucine to one time each of isoleucine and valine.
BCAA+ is also supplemented with Glutamine. It also contains anti-cramp and performance-enhancing electrolytes.

ما الفرق بين BCAA+ و BCAA 4:1:1؟
الأحماض الأمينية المتشعبة تتكوّن من الليوسين والإيزوليوسين والفالين. في BCAA 4:1:1 تكون نسبة الليوسين أعلى. أما BCAA+ فيتضمن أيضاً جلوتامين وإلكتروليتات لتحسين الأداء وتقليل التشنجات.

تحقّق عجزاً في السعرات وتناول أطعمة غنية بالألياف والبروتين. أضِف Green Detox أو الإينولين (ألياف) أو مساحيق البروتين. أثناء السعرات المنخفضة استخدم BCAA+ لتقليل الهدم العضلي، وL-Carnitine لدعم استخدام الدهون كطاقة.
لا أستطيع زيادة الوزن، ماذا أستخدم؟
زد السعرات والبروتين (1.5–2.5غ/كغ). استخدم Mass Gainer إذا كانت شهيتك منخفضة، مع بروتين مصل، وكرياتين، وPre-Workout لتحسين الأداء.

لماذا أشعر بوخز بعد استخدام Pre-Workout؟
يحتوي على البيتا-ألانين، وقد يسبب إحساساً شائعاً بالوخز (Paresthesia). يُعتقد أنه مرتبط بتنبيه مسارات عصبية وهو مؤقت وغير ضار عادة.

متى تُشحن طلبات عطلة نهاية الأسبوع؟
الطلبات بعد 11 صباح السبت تُشحن يوم الاثنين (أول يوم عمل).
