INGREDIENTS:  Calcium Salts of Orthophosphoric Acid, Capsule: (Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, Emulsifier: Gellan Gum), Magnesium Oxide, Anti-caking Agent: Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids, L-Ascorbic Acid, Ferrous Sulfate, DL-Alpha-Tocopherol Acetate, Marigold Extract, Nicotinamide, Inositol, Zinc Oxide, Menaquinone 7, Calcium D-Pantethonate, Choline Chloride, Tomato Extract, Rutin, Manganese Sulfate, Coenzyme Q10, Thiamine Mononitrate, Pyridoxine HCL, Copper Sulfate, Riboflavin, Chromium Picolinate, Retinyl Acetate, Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid, D-Biotin, Potassium Iodate, Sodium Molybdate, Sodium Selenite, Cholecalciferol, Methylcobalamin.

Adults aged 11 and over are advised to take 2 capsules daily. It is recommended to consume with plenty of water.

It is recommended to use it with meals or on a full stomach during the day.
