Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

• Unopened: The safety seal must be intact.

• Unused: No scoops taken.

• Original Packaging: Must be in the original tub or bag.

Non-returnable items:

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on supplements that have been opened or used, unless the product is defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at info@proteinoceanlb.com or via WhatsApp at +961 71 710021.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Defective/Wrong Item: If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, Protein Ocean LB will cover the return shipping cost.

• Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

4. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method or store credit (as agreed upon). Please allow 3-5 business days for the transaction to process.
