To exercise your rights under the law, applications must be made in accordance with the conditions and methods specified in the circular published by the Personal Data Protection Authority. Applications must be submitted using the form found in the Application Form tab on the www.proteinocean.com website.

By completely filling out the application form you have obtained from the website, along with documents confirming your identity;

www.proteinocean.com will evaluate such requests and finalize them within 30 days. If you believe that your Personal Data has been processed in violation of applicable data protection law, if your application is rejected by www.proteinocean.com, if you receive an inadequate response, or if you do not receive a timely response, you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board. www.proteinoceanlb.com reserves the right to charge fees for requests based on the fee schedule (if any) determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

In accordance with the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller," it is mandatory for your applications to include your name, surname, Turkish ID number, residence or workplace address, email address, telephone and fax number, and the requested information. Applications that do not include these elements will be rejected by the Company.

As the Data Owner, you acknowledge, declare and undertake that if you make a request that will result in the Company not being able to use any of your personal data, you may not be able to fully benefit from the operation of the Site and that you will be responsible for any liability arising in this regard.
